Mercedes Benz Citan Deliver Van Sketches Review

Mercedes- Benz has already dropped a bunch of first official sketches of the all- new Citan. The Citan is expected to have its global outing at the IAA Commercial Vehicle Show, September this year in Hannover, while before the end of this year the so- called ‘urban delivery van’ will arrive on sale.

Although there is no further information on the official report, the German automaker had said earlier that the Citan is created in conjunction with the Renault- Nissan alliance as a part of their tactical cooperation that involves some more projects to do including the Twingo/ Smart platform and powertrain cross- supply.

The company brings the Citan to be placed in the lower weight range of the van market, including the Vito (2.77 to 3.2 tons), Sprinter (3.0 to 5.0 tons) and Vario (6.0 to 8.2 tons).
